We feed them more grain to keep them warmer during the harsh Michigan winters, and they each get their own indoor stalls to stay warm. Fawns stay with their mothers and share their body heat. For the extreme cold weather, the barn can be buttoned up tight and heated, so the deer stay dry and warm.
